How We Work
How We Engage
We begin every partnership with a free initial consultation to understand your unique challenges and objectives. Following this, we work closely with you to define a clear scope, timeline, and cost, carefully assessing the feasibility and determining whether an on-site mission is the right fit for your project.
Throughout the delivery phase, we prioritise transparency and active collaboration. We hold regular progress meetings and provide access to iterative demos, ensuring you are always aligned with the work taking shape. When it is time to launch, our team handles the heavy lifting - managing all hosting, infrastructure, and the final release.
Our commitment doesn't end at deployment. Once your project goes live, we offer ongoing support and maintenance to ensure your systems continue to operate flawlessly and adapt to your future needs.
Benefits
As a dedicated in-house team, we allow you to partner with us directly and skip the typical procurement hurdles. Avoid writing complex RFPs, eliminate all third-party vendor risks, and drastically reduce the time it takes to kick off your projects.
As UNOPS insiders, we understand the systems, processes, and challenges from day one. You never have to waste time getting us up to speed - we're ready to execute immediately.
Our preferred working style is highly collaborative. When it matters most, we deploy our experts directly to your location. By being on-site for crucial project steps, we ensure seamless execution and immediate, hands-on support.
Costs
There are two costs when working with CPIT: there's the predictable financial cost, but there's also the much-overlooked time cost.
Financial
To ensure transparency and financial agility, the entire CPIT team—including developers, project managers, and support staff—operates under a fee-for-service model. The team issues invoices based on the specific work performed. These associated costs represent the direct investment required from the project or office.
Additionally, projects are responsible for indirect costs related to infrastructure, specifically server hosting within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Time
Delivering a tailored solution is a joint effort, which means project success relies heavily on your active participation. Beyond the financial scope, we expect and require an investment of time from your team. This includes dedicated stakeholder engagement for initial scoping, routine delivery meetings, demo feedback, and final user acceptance testing to ensure the final product meets your exact needs. During the initiation of your project we'll provide you with advice on how much time that is and who the right people are to commit it.
